Experienced AirBnB Cleaner - Wellington

We require someone who has a high standard of work as there is a certain level of expectation from guests. We also need someone who is reliable and will turn up on time. You will need to have your own transport because you will need to take linen, sundries and cleaning supplies to each site. RH Management has 12 AirBnB's which are mostly situated on The Terrace, and one on Cuba Street.

• Good working hours: 10AM-2PM
• Easy to follow checklists
• Hotel style clean - no deep cleaning

The average number of cleans each week is 30, and each clean is completed within an hour. Most guests stay an average of 2-3 nights, so each unit is relatively clean upon checkout.

We have an array of units ranging from bedsits, one/two bedroom hotel apartments, to an executive suite. 

Some of the duties include:

• Changing sheets
• Cleaning bathrooms
• Topping up sundries (coffee, milk, bread)
• Distributing clean linen deliveries (Linen is cleaned externally)
• Vacuuming and general tidying

This role requires a person who has a vehicle for transporting clean linen, cleaning supplies, and removing used linen.
