Skills and Experience We’re Looking For:

• Advocacy and mediation skills 
• Experience in disability support and working with high complex needs clients 
• Cultural sensitivity and willingness to promote opportunities for Māori and Pasifika
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills 
• Basic knowledge of New Zealand Sign Language (preferred but not required)
