Wellington City New World are currently looking for a budding apprentice to come on board and learn the ropes.

The butchery department is in charge of producing a range of products, ensuring freshness, quality, range, and consistency. Our team has great attention to detail, which contributes to our stellar reputation.

We boast ourselves on having a high level of customer service to our loyal customer base by keeping up to date with our product knowledge and friendliness.  We also ensure accurate advice is offered to our customers.

Our butchers work in a team environment, and we have a positive working culture, so being able to work well with others is essential. There are times where we work under pressure, so remaining calm and collected is important.

We are health and safety compliant, so proficiency in this area is crucial.
