A permanent security role available in Upper Riccarton. We're seeking a trained security person to join the team for general property security and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general property security.
  • Regular check-ins with tenants and respond to security issues.
  • Lock and secure property daily.
  • Collection of loose rubbish.
  • Sweeping floors as needed.
  • Other tasks as required to maintain site safety and presentation.

Requirements:
  • COA certification an advantage (training provided).
  • Honest and reliable.
  • Positive and outgoing personality.
