Nati Growth is seeking a skilled and passionate barista for their new coffee spot by the ocean. The role requires exceptional coffee-making skills combined with an energetic and customer-focused personality to provide a welcoming experience.

Join our team as a barista in an ocean-side coffee spot.

Your responsibilities include: 
  • Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and espresso drinks 
  • Delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere 
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and stocked coffee area 
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations 

We're looking for someone with: 
  • Barista qualification or training 
  • Knowledge and understanding of coffee processes and creation 
  • A customer-focused attitude with a passion for exceptional service 
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship 
  • Availability for weekend and peak holiday shifts.
