About the role:
As part of a wider team, you will assist our clients to live as independently as possible, within their homes and community. You will help our clients to achieve their goals and reach their potential, through both practical and emotional support.
Responsibilities can be varied and you will follow a care plan, which may include some or all of the below:
We are looking for a community Support Worker who can work Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and between 9am to 11am. Must willing to travel Kerikeri to Whangārei.
