Role Overview:
Home and Co., a renowned Wanaka property management company, is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Property Manager to join their expanding team. This long-term role provides growth opportunities and training.

Key Responsibilities:
- Address maintenance issues for managed properties
- Conduct move-in reports and final inspections
- Assist Property Managers with viewings and property appraisals
- Liaise with homeowners, tenants, and contractors to deliver top-quality service
- Support team members in ensuring client satisfaction

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Requirements:
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience is a bonus but not required; training is provided
