Join a dynamic and growing small business as a Kitchen Detailer/Production Manager in Marlborough. This role involves overseeing all aspects of kitchen detailing and production to ensure exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee kitchen detailing and production
- Collaborate with clients and the team to design and deliver outstanding joinery solutions
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to high standards
- Coordinate and supervise production workflows and team members
- Create detailed designs using CAD software
Requirements:
- New Zealand Joinery Qualification (essential)
- At least 5 years of joinery industry experience
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in computer and CAD tools
