About the role:
Frankton Golf Centre is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Golf Retail Assistant to join our team, working 35 hours/week. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s passionate about golf to gain hands-on experience in retail, golf operations, and coaching, while continuing your PGA training.

Responsibilities of the role:
  • Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Pro Shop, including sales and customer service.
  • Supporting and delivering coaching sessions under the guidance of senior professionals.
  • Helping to manage the driving range and practice facilities.
  • Engaging with members and guests to enhance their experience at the centre.
  • Maintaining and managing golf equipment and facilities.
  • Continuing your PGA training and professional development.

What you'll bring:
  • A keen golfer working towards (or eager to enrol in) the PGA training program.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Retail or coaching experience (preferred but not essential).
