We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our high performing People & Capability team.

A key role within the People & Capability team, you will oversee the recruitment function, partnering with hiring managers to drive successful hiring outcomes. Using innovative strategies, you will attract and engage top talent, ensuring the organisation’s recruitment needs are met.

You will have a minimum of 5 years in internal/external recruitment and a proven track record of successful hiring outcomes. You’ll bring expertise in end-to-end recruitment, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. You’ll also have experience in process improvement and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, conveying a professional and positive image.

Responsibilities of the role:
- Providing advice to hiring managers and running educational workshops on recruitment best practice.
- Preparing advertisements and marketing each position appropriately.
- Assisting with interviewing and reference checking where necessary.
- Managing the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring it is being used effectively and in line with policy.
- Identifying and implementing employer branding initiatives, helping to establish the organisation as an employer of choice.
- Managing projects that enhance the efficiency of recruitment processes, ensuring that workflows, tools, and systems are optimised to improve overall effectiveness.

What you'll bring:

- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or other business-related discipline.
- Current, valid New Zealand Drivers licence.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search, and other similar resources.
- An understanding of HR related legislation and employment law.
