About the role:
As a Systems Accountant, you’ll support the Finance Team by maintaining compliance, optimising financial data in TechnologyOne, and managing system controls. You'll play a key role in the TechnologyOne CiA migration and other financial projects, ensuring smooth implementation and ongoing support.

You will bring 5+ years of experience in systems accounting and process improvement, with a strong background in commercial accounting and business planning. Skilled in project coordination, continuous improvement, and financial system configuration, you will have expert-level Excel proficiency (including VBA and macros).

- Supporting the Finance Teams in using TechnologyOne, improving processes, and resolving system issues.
- Maintaining finance compliance by reviewing policies, procedures, and controls, and documenting processes in ProMapp.
- Driving continuous improvement, enhancing efficiency, risk management, and financial insights.
- Developing and maintaining financial reports using XLOne, dashboards, and system variables for accurate reporting.
- Contributing to key finance projects, including system maintenance, charge controls, and strategy execution.
What you'll bring:
You will bring 5+ years of experience in systems accounting and process improvement, with a strong background in commercial accounting and business planning. Skilled in project coordination, continuous improvement, and financial system configuration, you will have expert-level Excel proficiency (including VBA and macros).
To best succeed in this role, you’ll have:
- A balanced and informed approach to problem solving
- Demonstrated ability to take on responsibility and use initiative to prioritise work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining relationships across a broad range of sectors at a senior level
